Your submission may be used alone or together with other materials, and Shades of Pink Foundation may shorten or use only part of your submission. Shades of Pink Foundation may also decide not to use your submission.
If Shades of Pink Foundation decides to share your story, your statements may appear along with any information you submit, including your first name, last name, age, city, and state.
You waive any rights and compensation arising from such use, and release Shades of Pink Foundation and their respective employees, officers and agents from any claims arising from such use.
